Your commercial selection

A power agreement includes CELLs and refill under a 10-year PPA. CELL ownership starts at $100,000 for 20 kW and scales at $5,000 per kW: 30 kW is $150,000, 50 kW is $250,000, 80 kW is $400,000, and 100 kW is $500,000. Refill is optional and priced separately. The free CELL Conduit Network is optional for two or more nearby CELLs.

Your selection is saved to your account before an agreement or deposit is issued. The signed agreement sets payment, tax, delivery, installation and service obligations. No payment is collected by submitting a configuration.

Your agreement records the delivery date and destination. Project milestones and shipment updates appear in your client account when issued by ZAZA.

Cancellations & refunds

An initial reservation deposit collected before the final commercial agreement is signed is refundable until signing. Refund requests can be sent to Jupiter@engineerevolution.com. The final agreement governs terms after signing.

Deposit refundability and contract credit treatment are specified before payment in your deposit request and agreement. To request a change or cancellation, email your order reference to Jupiter@engineerevolution.com.

Prepaid service remedies

Under the CELL Power & Service Agreement, permanent failure to provide prepaid service entitles the customer to a refund for the undelivered service value. Qualifying downtime may be remedied through service credit or a cash refund under the agreement.

Delivered hardware is treated separately from undelivered services. The executed agreement and Order Summary govern eligibility and remedies. Read the agreement.

Your information

ZAZA stores account information, commercial selections, site addresses and order records to provide checkout and client services. Account passwords are hashed. Session cookies keep you signed in.

Address searches use Photon and OpenStreetMap data. Site planning sends location data to mapping and routing services. Connected payment providers handle payment authorization; ZAZA does not collect online-banking passwords.

Access to account orders and financial records is restricted by account and organization authorization. Contact ZAZA to request access, correction or deletion of your information; financial record retention may apply.
